Qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and Superior Courts, Mr. Ursini is the founder of Studio Legale Ursini.
He specializes in commercial and financial criminal law, and in crimes against the public administration, with a distinctive focus on criminal risk management to protect the companies, their shareholders and stakeholders.
Backed by his thorough legal knowledge, Mr. Ursini has the ability to strategically identify the areas under risk within complex organizations and effectively support risk management with his expertise. A deep understanding of the different business processes and the capacity to read any relevant document, including accounting ones, enable Mr. Ursini to relate with all kinds of companies with coherence and efficiency.
